Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy:

A full refund excluding any processing fee for cancellations requested no less than 72 hours before the date/time of service.

50% refund excluding any processing fee for cancellations requested no less than 48 hours before the date/time of service.

No refund for cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the date/time of service.

In the event of a no-show, the order shall be marked as such, with no refunds possible.

For services ordered during promotion, no cancellation and/or rescheduling requests shall be entertained, and no refunds will be possible. Any exception is at the sole discretion of Indus Chauffeur.

Indus Chauffeur reserves the right to cancel services in the event of force majeure occurrences or other unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, the company may extend either a refund or a service credit to affected customers, as deemed appropriate.
