Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy:

A full refund excluding the initial transaction fee charged by the payment gateway for cancellations requested no less than 72 hours before the date/time of service.

50% refund excluding the initial transaction fee charged by the payment gateway for cancellations requested no less than 48 hours before the date/time of service.

No refund for cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the date/time of service.

In the event of a no-show, the order shall be marked as such, with no refunds possible.

For services ordered during promotion, no cancellation and/or rescheduling requests shall be entertained, and no refunds will be possible. Any exception is at the sole discretion of Indus Chauffeur.
